Capsul case and Duo-Lok are covered respectively by a 3-year and a 1-year warranty under normal use. If it breaks within this time period, send us an email with a picture and a short description of what happened: we will be pleased to replace it, free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly refund or exchange any unused Capsul Case or Duo-Lok within 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund the purchase price, minus shipping cost.

The return shipping will be at your cost. We suggest using a carrier that offers tracking. We are not responsible for any lost items.
