Capsul orders ship from Canada. We offer tracked and untracked shipping options depending on your destination so you can choose the option that works best for you.
Untracked shipping is our most affordable option, allowing us to keep shipping costs as low as possible for a small item like Capsul. Tracked shipping is available for those who prefer to follow their parcel's journey and have more visibility into its delivery status.
Please note that untracked shipments do not include tracking information, which can make it more difficult to locate a package if it goes missing.

United States
- Tracked shipping: $13 CAD
Applicable U.S. import duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout.
International
- Untracked shipping: $12 CAD
- Tracked shipping: From $16 CAD, depending on destination
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected. For shipments within Canada and to the United States, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days, starting the business day after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
For international shipments, delivery typically takes 6-12 business days from the business day after your shipping confirmation email. Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient. The applicable charges and collection process vary by destination.
